<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method and a device of a skin member capable of easily improving processing accuracy in a tear line and sticking accuracy in the skin member. <P>SOLUTION: This processing method of the skin member 1 forms the tear line 11 rupturable by predetermined pressure on a reverse surface of the skin member 1 stuck to a surface of an interior trim part of a vehicle. The processing method of the skin member 1 prepares a blade shape 2 integrally formed with a pattern-drawing blade 21 for performing a pattern-drawing process of cutting off an external shape of the skin member 1 and a cutting-in blade 22 for performing a cutting-in process of forming the tear line 11 by forming a notch in the skin member 11, and forms the notch in the skin member 1 by cutting off the external shape of the skin member 1 by pressing the blade shape 2 to a texture 3, by being placed on a plane with a reverse surface of the texture 3 capable of cutting off the skin member 1 on the obverse side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
