<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate, capable of omitting a diaphragm at the time of light-emitting and pronunciation and hardly seeing a vibrator from a front section, even if the vibrator is directly fixed on a back face of the light guide plate. <P>SOLUTION: A surface light-emitting panel 1 with a pronunciation function has the light guide plate 2 for making the light of a light source 4 incident from a part of an outer peripheral end face and making the incident light emit from a front section 21, by diffusely reflecting to a diffusion reflection section 24 arranged on a back face section 22, and the vibrator 3 for exciting the light guide plate 2.
