<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate diagnosis when any trouble occurs in communication. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus 1 including a diagnostic information recording function includes an onboard unit 2 and a mobile unit 3. The mobile unit 3 transmits to the onboard unit 2 a request for operating a lock. The mobile unit 3 determines on the basis of continuity data that a response corresponding to the request cannot be obtained. The mobile unit 3 uses history data to notify the onboard unit 2 about a state where there is no response. Meanwhile, the onboard unit 2 determines on the basis of continuity data whether or not a response corresponding to the request from the mobile unit 3 is transmitted. In the present configuration, a communication direction wherein trouble occurs is indicated by logics of presence/absence of a response reported from the mobile unit 3 to the onboard unit 2 and presence/absence of transmission of the response from the onboard unit 2. The onboard unit 2 then records a diagnosis code indicating the direction, wherein the trouble occurs, and data indicative of a communication environment as diagnostic information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
