摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design and develop a service system which is high in satisfaction of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A user persona including a use case and user significance showing significance viewed from the user of the use case associated with the use case and a role persona including a function to be provided by a service provider in a service system and provider significance showing significance viewed from the service provider associated with the function are stored in a storage device, and function provision information showing the association of the use case with the function is generated and stored in the storage device.
