PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a blade enters a gap formed between an edge of a clearance part formed on a cover plate and a stopper and runs onto an edge surface of the stopper when the blade runs away in a final stage of operation. SOLUTION: A shutter blade 4 is arranged between a base plate and the cover plate 2, and the stopper 1h is erected on the base plate. The cover plate 2 is a thin plate member, where a clearance hole 2i is formed. The stopper 1h includes an abutting surface 1h-1 on which the shutter blade 4 abuts, and somewhat projects from the cover plate 2 in a state where its edge is inserted in the clearance hole 2i. A level difference surface 1h-3 lower than the edge surface 1h-2 is formed on the stopper 1h by forming a groove nearly along in an operation direction of the shutter blade 4. Meanwhile, the cover plate 2 includes an overhanging part 2n overhanging from the edge of the clearance hole 2i, and fit in the groove of the stopper 1h to cover the level difference surface 1h-3.
