PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling apparatus of an inspection sample of a paper web for simplifying a work when the inspection sample is sampled so as to inspect the paper quality of the completed paper web, surely and linearly cutting the paper web in the travel direction of a paper machine, and obtaining the inspection sample with a desired length. SOLUTION: A sampling frame 3 is provided in a platform 2 through a liftable support frame 2c, a swingable neck frame 2f and a support shaft 5b. A pair of cutter units 32 include cutting forks 32a and rotary cutters 32b, and are provided in the sampling frame 3. A core 6 is provided so as to reel the inspection sample S cut by the cutter units 32. The cutter units 32 are disposed so as to face a circumferential surface of the paper web R. An edge of an end of the paper web R is guided to the cutter units 32. If the paper web R is reeled onto the core 6 while the paper web R is cut by the cutter units 32, the inspection sample S can be sampled. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
