PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of cracks in a holding member, consisting of an insulating film loaded with a membrane heat-sensing member by dispersing the heat stress produced in the membrane heat-sensing member. SOLUTION: The membrane heat-sensing member 46 mounted on the holding member constituted of the insulating film is formed into a zigzag pattern shape, having curved folding-back parts D, and the cross section of the pattern width (w) of the pattern shape is formed into a trapezoidal shape having inclined surfaces 46d formed to both ends. Right angle or acute angle corner parts are eliminated from the zigzag folding-back parts or both end parts of the width of a pattern, heat stress is dispersed and becomes small, and the effect of heat on the holding member is suppressed and suppresses the occurrence of cracks in the holding member.
