PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable ejection of both a coin having a large diameter and a coin having a small diameter, and to prevent the occurrence of an error such as a locking phenomenon even in the case of the coin having a small diameter. SOLUTION: A coin ejection device includes a movable roller 38 disposed opposite the side end portion of an outlet of a linear guide 18, being disposed from the front end of a cylindrical surface guide 16 in the rotating direction, disposed in the surroundings of a rotating disk 14, to an outlet 36. The movable roller 38 is energized in the outlet direction, and contacts a coin extruded by an extrusion unit accompanied by the rotation of the rotating disk. The extrusion unit, configuring the housing unit of the rotating disk, includes an abutment unit formed thereon, abutting on a backward coin Cb of small diameter continuously contacting to a forward coin Ca of small diameter contacting to a forward wall portion 32A provided on the forward rotating direction. When the backward coin is in contact with the movable roller in an initial position, the abutment unit positions a straight line, passing through the abutment position on the backward coin and the center of the backward coin, on the outlet side from the center of the movable roller in the initial position.
