PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a put-out amount of owned balls according to game player's intention. SOLUTION: A unit 10 disposed corresponding to a game machine disposed in a game parlor includes: an owned ball counting part 11 for counting game media; a read/write part 12 for recording the number of owned balls counted by the owned ball counting part 11 in a record medium 20 for the game player, and reading the information recorded in the record medium 20 for the game player; a number-of-owned-balls display part 13 for displaying the number of owned balls read by the read/write part 12; an owned ball put-out operating part 14 for receiving the operation of putting out the owned balls taking the number displayed on the number of owned balls display part 13 as an upper limit; a control part 15 for detecting the reception of the operation; an operation control part 16 for controlling put-out of game media according to detection in the control part 15; and a ball put-out part 17 for putting out the game media under the control of the operation control part 16.
