A method for mapping control channels is disclosed. This mapping method includes calculating a control channel mapping start time of each cell according to the number of control channel groups allocated to each cell, and performing mapping of repetition of the control channel at intervals of a predetermined distance in order to acquire a diversity gain, wherein the mapping begins from the control channel mapping start time. In this case, control channels of several groups are transmitted in each cell. So, a resource allocation method during transmission of control channels (e.g., PHICH and PCFICH) is improved such that interference between neighboring cells can be reduced, resulting in the improvement of a control channel throughput.
