A matching-circuit module (100) is provided with an SP6T switch IC (10). A common terminal (PC0) for the switch IC (10) is connected to ground, and a reference voltage terminal (Pb0) is connected to a first input terminal (PRF1). The individual terminals (PP1-PP6) of the switch IC (10) are connected respectively to capacitors (C1-C6), and the sides of the capacitors (C1-C6) opposite the individual terminals (PP1-PP6) are connected to a second input terminal (PRF2). A coil (L0) is connected between ground and the junction between the second input terminal (PRF2) and the capacitors (C1-C6). A DC cut capacitor (Cdc) is connected between the reference voltage terminal (Pb0) and the first input terminal (PRF1), and a coil (Ld) is connected between ground and the junction between the DC cut capacitor (Cdc) and the reference voltage terminal (Pb0).
