There is described a respiratory disorder therapy for administration twice daily or less comprising a therapeutically effective amount of cetirizine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable derivative thereof, and a therapeutically effective amount of mefenamic acid, or a pharmaceutically acceptable derivative thereof.
