PURPOSE: Absorbent articles including encapsulated plant extract are provided, which can prevent inflow of larva or imago effectively in distribution and storage. CONSTITUTION: Absorbent articles including encapsulated plant extract comprise a mothproofing microcapsule in which an extract from natural plants showing the insect control effect is encapsulated. The natural plant is selected from a group comprising cinnamomi Cortex, rosemary, lavender, mint and eucalyptus. The mothproofing microcapsule includes 5-30 wt.% of natural plants against total weight of microcapsule.
