PURPOSE: A lower body training apparatus for chair sitter is provided, which can directly deliver load by the magnetic force to a pedal shaft without friction noise. CONSTITUTION: A lower body training apparatus for chair sitter comprises: a ferromagnetic material(9) which is fixed in the outer circumference of a pedal shaft and revolves with a pedal shaft; a permanent magnet(11) which is fixed in the outside of the ferromagnetic material and obstructs the rotation of the ferromagnetic material while actuating strong attraction force in the rotation of the ferromagnetic material; and a support stand which connects both sides of the pedal shaft to the seat frame(39).
