<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place disks one by one to a predetermined position in a short time without causing malfunction such as a damage in a disk in the case of placing a glass substrate for a magnetic disk into a polishing device or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This disk dispenser includes: a cylindrical frame to be inserted into an inner peripheral hole of a plurality of disks; a projecting plate partially having a gap between the frame in an end of the frame and partially projecting from the outer peripheral surface of the frame; and a slider which pushes the disk from a gap between the end of the frame and the projecting plate to slide it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
