<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor an application system by analyzing transaction. <P>SOLUTION: A transaction monitoring device monitors transaction based on a transaction model and instructs a transaction fine analysis device 200 to analyze in detail unmatched transaction when the model match rate is smaller than a predetermined threshold. A similar model retrieval part 245 of the transaction fine analysis device 200 retrieves the most similar model for the unmatched transaction, a difference extraction part 246 extracts different parts with the similar model, and a fine analysis result display part 251 highlights the different part.
