<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an application nozzle capable of reliably applying a hot-melt adhesive to both side surfaces of even a flat rubber having a knot by smoothly passing it through the guide groove of the application nozzle without being broken because of the catch of the knot. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle 1 that applies an adhesive to both side surfaces of a running flat rubber 12 is provided. This nozzle 1 has a standard running route 10 that guides the flat rubber along wall surfaces 13 and 14 located on both sides distant therefrom by predetermined intervals. The guide wall surfaces 13 and 14 on both sides of the standard running route 10 are provided with adhesive ejection ports 15 and 16 being apart from each other by a specified distance T and formed toward the standard running route 10 at the upstream and downstream positions in the running direction A of the flat rubber and are provided with flat rubber guide grooves 11 being open to the nozzle at their ends and having predetermined widths W1, W2, and W3 larger than the width t of the standard running route 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
