PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure for metallic member which can improve corrosion resistance of a base member and a beam member, while ensuring sealability in the outer edge of flange part of the beam member to be joined with the base member. SOLUTION: In a joining structure 15 between a floor panel 5 and a floor side member 9, a recessed section of body 16 stretched along the length direction and opened facing to the floor panel 5, and a flange part 17 extended outside to the width direction from each loose end of the recessed section of body 16 are composed on the floor side member 9. In the flange part 17, a plurality of orthogonal sections 23 joined to the floor panel 5 and tilted sections 24 not joined to the floor panel 5 are arranged alternately along the length direction. The floor panel 5 and the floor side member 9 are joined keeping opposed position to the floor panel 5 at an interval so that only the outer edge part 21 of the tilted section 24 touches the floor panel 5.
