PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe cutting device capable of reliably rotating a stepping screw part by the contact engagement thereof with a kicker piece. SOLUTION: In the pipe cutting device 1, the cutting unit 3 includes a cutting tool 19 capable of cutting the peripheral wall of an existing fluid pipe P in the circumferential direction, a stepping screw part 20 which is connected to the cutting tool 19 and advances and retards the cutting tool 19 in the radial direction of the existing fluid pipe P by rotating about the rotating axis O, and a rotary blade 34 fixedly attached to the stepping screw part 20 around the rotating axis O. The kicker part 30 includes a kicker piece 31 which includes a contact surface 31a that is contact-engaged, by at least line contact, with the contact surface 34a of the rotary blade 34 which is rotated in the circumferential direction of the existing fluid pipe P, and is disposed so as to rotate the stepping screw part 20 together with the rotary blade 34 about the rotating axis O by the contact engagement, and a support part 36 which supports the kicker piece 31 and fixedly attached to the body part.
