PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a current when applying a voltage to a light emission part from leaking to a reflection part. SOLUTION: A reflection plate 44 has an insulation part 54 and a reflection part 56, and separates functions into a reflection function and an insulation function so as to improve the insulation function.
