PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an incomplete color blind person to easily recognize a difference in colors of an image created by using a plurality of colors. SOLUTION: Conditions of constituents forming an image and kinds of modification to be applied to red characters in the image having constituents corresponding to the conditions are associated with each other and are stored in a storage unit 32. A control section 31 extracts the red characters and the constituents corresponding to the conditions stored in the storage section 32 from among the image represented by the image data. When the constituents corresponding to the stored conditions are extracted, the control section 31 generates image data representing an image obtained by such a way that the modification of the kind stored in the storage section 32 in association with the conditions to which the constituents correspond is applied to the red characters.
