PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structure of a beam dump to secure radiation amount to the air in the surrounding, and to keep a thermally stable state. SOLUTION: The laminated structure of the beam dump 10 is equipped with a dump target 11 to which a charged particle beam is irradiated, and a plurality of plate-like members 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d which are laminated toward outside in the surrounding of the dump target 11, and have heat conductivity, and mutually fittable recess parts and convex parts are respectively formed on a contact faces of the opposing plate-like members 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d.
