PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a radiation shield door capable of heavily reducing a leakage of radiation from a door and a frame around the door in ordinary use without using lead at all and achieving cost reduction. SOLUTION: This method is for manufacturing the radiation shield door 1 configured to include a structure in which a steel plate 5 of a required thickness is stuck on each of both sides of a laminate 4 made by laminating at least two lead-free boards 4a and 4b, and the radiation shield frame 3 of at least an upper frame and right-and-left vertical frames in an opening is configured to include a structure in which the laminate 4 made by laminating at least the two lead-free boards 4a and 4b is covered with a steel plate 11 of a required thickness.
