In that way the facilities is cleaned. CONSTITUTION: The supercritical water quality itself or the material adding the other material in the supercritical water quality puts into in the processing object. The processing object contain the contaminating component or the harmful component. Therefore, purification or the reconstitution of the processing object operates.
