A circular aircraft capable of vertical flight, take-off and landing is disclosed, with rings in which the cabin and the fixed aircraft structure (1) are mounted. A horizontal ring (3), together with the rotor (9), aerofoils (5) and movable ring (27), form the rotary assembly that lifts the aircraft together with the entire structure of spars (8A, 8B), powered by batteries (19) located inside the cabin (98) and at the tip of the aerofoils. The rotor rotates in vertical bearings (21), horizontal bearings (54) and bearings mounted at the tip of the aerofoils to support the aerofoils which in turn support the aircraft (44). The movable torque-controlling rudders (51) are mounted in the outer crown (17), and the fixed rudders in the crown (50). Another crown and rotary stabilising airfoil (55) with air-deflecting foils (114) are provided for forward and backward movement, as well as right and left turns (72).
