PURPOSE: A winch system for pulling ship for automatically performing the whole procedure of the wire is provided to prevent a problem without cutting off the wire while stably maintaining the tension of the wire by automatically performing the ship pulling process. CONSTITUTION: A winch system(100) for the ship pulling includes a guide rail, a transfer vehicle(110), a wire(120), a winch part(140), a tension measurement sensor and a controller. In the guide rail is the sea along the longitudinal direction of the ship, it is formed into land. The ship is loaded in the upper side while balance is slid according to the guide rail. The wire is combined in balance. It is included on above statement and the strain gauge measures the tension of the wire. The controller controls the wire winding speed of the winch part based on the tension measured at in the strain gauge.
