PURPOSE: A head cover device of an outer casing for an underground well is provided to use an upper case even if the inner diameter of an underground well is changed by only replacing a lower socket. CONSTITUTION: A head cover device of an outer casing for an underground well comprises a lower case(100), an upper case(300), and a discharge pipe. The lower case is composed of a lower socket(110) and a lower connection unit(130). The bottom side(116) of the lower socket is inserted into the outer surface of a head part. The lower connection unit is coupled to the upper case. The upper case is coupled to the lower case. The discharge pipe is installed in the upper case.
