<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor device having an improved impact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The acceleration sensor device includes: an acceleration sensor element 20 including a fixing part 13, a weight part 11 displaceable relative to the fixing part 13, and a beam part 12 keeping one end connected to the fixing part 13 and the other end connected to the weight part 11 and bent with the deformation of the weight part 11; a mounting base body 1 on which the acceleration sensor element 20 is mounted and which includes a frame part 5 surrounding the fixing part 13; and a first adhesive 8 intervening between the outer side surface 17 of the fixing part 13 and an inner side surface 18 of the frame part 5 of the mounting base body 1 and bonding the acceleration sensor element 20 to the mounting base body 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
