PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-polyester resin composition exhibiting excellent compatibility. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) a resin component comprising a polyolefin and a polyester, (B) a resin compatibilizer comprising a polymer chain compose of a polymer compatible with the polyolefin, the polymer chain having one or two or more functional groups selected from carboxylic acid groups and carboxylic acid salt groups incorporated therein. Preferably, the content of the component (B) is within the range of 0.1-40 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass component (A).
