PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a destination belonging to a region whose frequency of use is high even when the frequency of use thereof is low for an individual destination, and to provide guide information of the destination. SOLUTION: A controller 10 is provided which executes a personal vehicle position obtaining function for obtaining a personal vehicle position, a destination predicting function for referring to a travel history from a starting position to the destination based on the personal vehicle position obtained in the past to predict a candidate of the destination of the vehicle in accordance with the personal vehicle position, an integrated destination setting function for setting a group of integrated destinations by integrating a plurality of candidates of the destinations when a distance between the predicted candidates of the destinations is smaller than a prescribed distance, a frequency calculating function for calculating the frequency that the vehicle uses the candidate of the destination and/or the frequency that the vehicle uses the group of the integrated destinations in accordance with the travel history and a display control function for displaying the guide information of the candidate of the destination when the frequency that the vehicle uses the predicted candidate of the destination or the frequency that the vehicle uses the group of the integrated destinations including the predicted candidate of the destination is a prescribed value or larger.
