PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic that is not sticky and comprises a solid-form, oil-soluble ultraviolet absorber. SOLUTION: The emulsified cosmetic comprises: the oil-soluble ultraviolet absorber in a solid form at 25°C; a silicone resin comprising a unit represented by the formula: R<SP>1</SP>SiO<SB>1.5</SB>and a unit represented by the formula: R<SP>2</SP><SB>3</SB>SiO<SB>0.5</SB>(wherein R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each a (non)substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group); a volatile oil agent; and water.
