PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a relatively clear image of a strong reflector such as a bone. SOLUTION: A visual line setting part 18 sets a plurality of visual lines with respect to a three-dimensional data space constructed with a plurality of echo data. A pixel computing part 20 detects the maximum echo data and the minimum echo data for respective visual lines from the plurality of echo data along the visual lines and takes a difference between the maximum echo data and the minimum echo data as the pixel data corresponding to the visual line.
