A METHOD FOR RANDOM ACCESSING, EVOLUTION-NODE B AND TERMINAL EQUIPMENT

A method for random accessing, evolution-node B and terminal equipment are disclosed. The method includes the step of: determining the target composition carrier to which the user equipment needs to switch, and informing the information of the target composition carrier to the user equipment via the source evolution-node B; after receiving a special random accessing preamble sent by the user equipment, sending a random accessing response message on at least one of composition carriers in the target composition carriers. The terminal equipment includes: a switch command receiving unit, a sending unit and a random response receiving unit. In the random accessing process of the cell switching, eNB is able to determine a downlink composition carrier of monitoring for UE, thus the utilization of the downlink resource is improved.
