PURPOSE: A coenzyme Q10 nanoparticle and a composition containing the same are provided to enhance absorption rate into the human body and to be transferred together with an amino acid and protein. CONSTITUTION: A solubilized coenzyme Q10 nanoparticles contains an amino acid or protein. The amino acid is cystein or serine. The amino acid additionally contains water soluble amino acid. The water soluble amino acid is methionine, arginine, glycine, glutamine, threonine, proline, isoleucine, alanine, lysine, or glutamic acid. The protein is gelatin, albumin, fibrinogen, lysozyme, sericine, trypsinogen, or pepsin. A method for preparing the coenzyme Q10 comprises: a step of dissolving coenzyme Q10 in soluble organic solvent to obtain a mixture solution; a step of adding the mixture solution to a solution containing an amino acid or protein; and a step of removing a soluble organic solvent. |
