Described is an electric insulated conducting cable with double pvc layer applied by extrusion, the first layer, that is directly located over the conducting cable, providing low emission of toxic smokes, low acidity content, low humidity absorption and high flame retarding properties. The second layer extruded over the first layer provides a smooth finish to the cable, thereby providing suitable sliding properties for facilitating the installation thereof, which is resistant to weather conditions (UV radiation). The cable is designed to fulfill the test requirements established within the Mexican Standard NMX-J-010, and being manufactured of materials that facilitate the accomplishment of guidelines defined by the European directive 2002/95/EC RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), which restricts the use of six materials considered of health hazard.
