PURPOSE: An electric vehicle power development apparatus is provided to allow a user to easily deform component by including a power generation unit based on an electrical signal. CONSTITUTION: A circular conductive plate(1) has a penetration hole in center. A power transmission axis(2) is combined with the penetration hole of the conductive plate to be rotated with the conductive plate and is dynamically connected to the driving wheel of an electric automobile. A cover has a magnet rotating the conductive plate while surrounding the conductive plate. The cover is combined with the power transmission axis to be relatively rotated.
