<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam discharge device for smoothly eliminating water which intrudes into an air chamber and preventing the state that the water is kept accumulated in the air chamber. <P>SOLUTION: The foam discharge device 10 opens a first flow path 32 and a second flow path 33 for sending out content liquid and air from pressurized liquid chamber 30 and air chamber 24 by pressurizing a pump head part 19 provided to a base cap part 14, mixes the sent content liquid with air in a mixing chamber 13, generates foam by a foam generating member 20 in a foaming flow path 21 and discharges the content liquid. The air chamber 24 is provided with a check valve 35 which makes it possible to fetch outside air by being opened when the inside is turned to a negative pressure when the pump head part 19 is released from pressurization and returns to an original position, and also a closing part 36 for closing the second flow path 33 is provided.
