<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-resistant thermoplastic elastomer resin composition which has high flame retardancy and non-dripping property, has excellent resistance against heat and aging, flexibility, toughness, abrasion resistance, and elastic recovery, and is suitable for wire-coating and tube molding by extrusion molding, and monofilament by melt spinning processing. <P>SOLUTION: The flame-resistant thermoplastic elastomer resin composition is obtained by blending 10-60 pts.wt. of phosphorus compound flame retardant (B), 0.1-10 pts.wt. of silicone-based drip preventing agent (C), and 0.01-10 pts.wt. of heat resistant agent (D), based on 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic elastomer or composition (A) consisting of a polyester block copolymer (A1) having as main constituents 95-45 wt.% of a high melting point crystalline polymer segment (a1) mainly consisting of a crystalline aromatic polyester unit, 5-55 wt.% of a low-melting polymer segment (a2) mainly consisting of an aliphatic polyether unit and/or an aliphatic polyester unit; and/or a thermoplastic elastomer (A2) obtained by dynamically cross-linking a mixture of 10-50 wt.% of polyalkylene phthalate and/or its copolymer (a3), and 50-90 wt.% of at least one (co)polymer (a4) selected from among a cross-linkable poly(meth)acrylate, (meth)acrylate copolymer, and polyethylene/(meth)acrylate copolymer, when extrusion molding is carried out in an extruder in the presence of a free radical generator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
