<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device capable of stably performing indoor ventilation and air circulation by using wind force. <P>SOLUTION: The ventilating device includes: a shaft member having one end arranged in a house and the other end arranged outside the house; a wind turbine connected to the shaft member outside the house and receiving wind to rotate the shaft; and a fan connected to the shaft member inside the house and rotated by the rotation of the shaft member.
