<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator which fulfills high radiation requirement, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The radiator includes: a plurality of columned fins 30 each having a head and a body formed extending from the head and each provided with a step formed at the connection part between the head and the body; a first base 10 provided with a plurality of mounting holes 11 formed to accommodate the heads of the plurality of the columned fins, depths of which are smaller than heights of the heads; and a second base 20 tightly fixed to the first base. Further, in the method of manufacturing the radiator, the heads 31 of the columned fins are fixed, being sandwiched between the second base and the first base, and projections are formed at the parts of the second base making contact with the heads. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
