<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide structure which prevents an influence of irregularity of the surface of a base material on an optical waveguide, and reliably prevents deterioration in optical transmission characteristic even when laminated on a base material having low smoothness of surface, and to provide an optical/electrical hybrid substrate having the optical waveguide structure, and to provide an electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The optical waveguide structure 1 is a belt-like member which includes: an optical waveguide 6; an intermediate layer 4 composed of a resin layer 40 laminated under the optical waveguide 6 via an adhesive layer 5 and an adhesive layer 3; a support film 2 laminated under the intermediate layer 4; and a cover film 7 laminated over the optical waveguide 6. An optical/electrical hybrid substrate 10 is manufactured by attaching the optical waveguide structure 1 except the support film 2 on a circuit substrate 11 on which an electric wiring pattern 12 is formed after separating the support film 2 from the optical waveguide structure 1. On the optical/electrical hybrid substrate 10, the surface roughness of the upper face of the intermediate layer 4 is smaller than the surface roughness of the lower face, the irregularity of the upper face of the substrate 11 is hardly reflected in the optical waveguide 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
