<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber laser with countermeasure taken against heat generation at an incoming end and for eye safety to leaked light by suppressing the leaked light at the incoming end to which none of optical fibers constituting a plurality of optical combiners is connected, and suppressing the leaked light at the incoming end connected to the optical fiber. <P>SOLUTION: The optical combiner 10 collects a plurality of optical fibers 12 at their incoming ends 15 to be melted and integrated.
