PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable resin composition low in a glass transition point and high in toughness at low temperature. SOLUTION: The glass transition point is reduced by mixing an aliphatic polyester copolymer (poly (3-hydroxy alkanoate), (P3HA)) consisting of a repeating unit expressed by formula (1): (-CHR-CH<SB>2</SB>-CO-O-) produced from a microorganism (wherein R is an alkyl group represented by C<SB>n</SB>H<SB>2n+1</SB>and n is an integer of 1 to 15) with a polyalkylene oxide so that a mixing ratio of P3HA/polyalkylene oxide is 99/1 to 82/18 (pts.wt.).
