PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a body unit provided with an imaging lens to a fixed unit fixed to the ceiling or the wall surface, or the like. SOLUTION: The mounting mechanism of the imaging device includes a ceiling-side unit 100 fixed to the ceiling; the body unit 200 attached and detached to/from the ceiling side unit 100 and provided with a lens 201 to the body unit 200; a lock plate 214, provided in the body unit 200 and engaged with the ceiling-side unit 100, in a state where the body unit 200 is mounted on the ceiling side unit; and a lock shaft 220, provided in the body unit 200 and engaged with the ceiling side unit 100 in a state that the lock plate 214 is engaged with the ceiling-side unit 100.
