<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively configured production management system by reviewing the configurations of a production management system. <P>SOLUTION: In a production management system configured of: production management monitor slave units mounted on mechanical installation for detecting input signals from the mechanical installation; a production management monitor master unit having a memory function for tabulating and recording the input signals from the plurality of production management monitor salve units; and a data analysis device for communicating with the production management monitor master unit, each of the production management monitor slave units is provided with the data collection and communication function of the operating situations of machinery, and the production management monitor master unit is configured to tabulate and store the data of each of the production management monitor slave units, and the data analysis device is configured to analyze, determine, and display the progress information of each machinery, and to display failure based on the information of the machinery in which any failure is present. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
