摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quantitative determination of a nucleic acid, applicable even to a nucleic acid having a low molecular weight and enabling easy and safe determination, and an apparatus for quantitative determination of the nucleic acid. SOLUTION: The method for quantitative determination of the nucleic acid includes (a) a step of administering a labeled nucleic acid bonded with a fluorescent dye in advance to an organism or adding the labeled nucleic acid to a culture liquid of a cell, (b) a step of extracting and purifying the labeled nucleic acid distributed in the body of the organism or taken into the cell together with a nucleic acid derived from the organism or a nucleic acid derived from the cell, (c) a step of determining the fluorescence intensity of the purified product obtained by the step (b), and (d) a step of quantitatively determining the labeled nucleic acid taking consideration of loss of the labeled nucleic acid in the step (b) based on the measured value obtained by the step (c).
