<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment apparatus efficiently removing the fine particles of heavy metals and extremely fine particles like PM2.5 and PM1.0 in an exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust gas treatment apparatus 1 includes: a bag filter 10 as a first dust collector for receiving the exhaust gas from a heat treatment furnace 2 and removing dust; a cooling device 20 for cooling the exhaust gas discharged from the bag filter 10 to such a temperature that gaseous heavy metals are condensed and generating the fine particles of the heavy metals; and an HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter 30 as a second dust collector for receiving the exhaust gas from the cooling device 20 and removing fine particulate substances including the fine particles of the heavy metals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
