<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference with a protector base and an abnormal sound caused by its interference, when a harness holding member is exposed outside along the protector base. <P>SOLUTION: This power feeder 1 includes a link arm 5 rotatably arranged on the protector base 2, an elastic member 9 for energizing the link arm in the wire harness excess length absorbing direction, a harness holding part 8 arranged in the link arm, a protector cover 3 installed on the protector base, covering the link arm and having the length for exposing the harness holding member to the skirt side, and a wire harness 20 held by the harness holding member and wired along the protector base. A slide engaging part 11 is arranged in the harness holding member 8, and an arc-shaped guide part 10 for slidably engaging and holding the slide engaging part is arranged on the protector base 2.
