PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fixing of a toner to a recording material by improving a pressured state in the neighborhood of a nip outlet in a belt fixing device. SOLUTION: The belt fixing device includes: a heating roller 91 heated with heating elements 913, 914 and for conveying the recording material by being rotated; a belt member 921 moved while being contacted on the heating roller 91; an inlet nip member 95 for contacting the belt member 921 on the heating roller 91; pressing rollers 960 for contacting the belt member 921 on the heating roller 91 at the rear side of a moving direction of the belt member 921 rather than a contact part of the belt member 921 and the inlet nip member 96; a support member 964 for supporting the pressing rollers 960; and a second support member 965 for supporting the support member 964 at a position facing a contact position of the belt member 921 and the pressing roller 960, and for adjusting height distribution in a longitudinal direction.
