PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which can allot a band to a host terminal according to the number of slave terminals belonging to the host terminal, in a shared channel. SOLUTION: The radio communication system includes a communication terminal group in which a host terminal 10a is determined among a plurality of communication terminals 10, which can be mutually associated in short-distance communication and require the same data and the communication terminals 10 other than the host terminal 10a are grouped as slave terminals 10b by the host terminal; and a radio control server 110, which allots a band in the common channel to the host terminal 10a. The host terminal 10a transmits terminal information on the host terminal and the slave terminals 10b to the radio control server 110 and receives data from the radio control server 110, to transmit the data to the slave terminals 10b. The radio control server 110 allots the band in the common channel to the host terminal 10a, based on the terminal information transmitted from the host terminal 10a and transmits data to the host terminal 10a.
